"I had one of the worst experiences with Fab Hotels. I made a booking through the Fab app, paid half the amount in advance, and reached the property for a simple 12-hour stay. However, at 10 PM, the hotel reception denied my check-in without giving any valid reason. To make matters worse, the Fab Hotels support executive I was connected with switched off their phone, leaving me with no assistance. I had no option but to pay the full amount again directly at the hotel just to get a room. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If this is how Fab Hotels continues to treat customers denying confirmed bookings, abandoning support calls, and forcing double payments then both Fab and such partner properties will soon lose customer trust and visibility. I strongly condemn this experience and expect Fab Hotels to take immediate action, provide a refund, and ensure such incidents do not happen again."

"I've booked this place twice on booking.com. My first stay wasn't great with regards to the room. But the staff and response has always been positive. Upon request they'll clean your room. The second time I was assigned a better room and the same supportive staff. Location of this property is good for me as it's close to where I work. It's in a quite residential area with good connectivity. They have an in-house kitchen and food is quite decent. They have generator for power back up, the AC's work well. Wi-Fi was good too. Overall experience was quite decent. I'd recommend and would personally stay here again."
